ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING


In stock orders are processed and leave our office within 2-3 business days.

Upgraded express shipping orders are prioritized and processed within 1 business day, with the exception of holidays.

All orders over $100 US will be automatically covered by Route+ insurance for lost, stole and damaged packages.

Orders to Canada and the US include tracking without signature.  

 

International Orders: Once international orders with standard shipping have left our office, we cannot guarantee real-time tracking updates. For more information on the delivery of your package, we recommend contacting your local post office as we will not have access to any additional information. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages shipped with standard shipping. If you require guaranteed delivery, please choose the express shipping option. All international orders are also subject to import duty taxes, VAT and handling fees, which we are not responsible for. The amount of duties and taxes you may incur depends on your country.
